Returns

The return or the exchange of the articles will only be accepted if the articles ordered are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged within 14 days. We do not accept returns for custom made pieces.

The products are returned at your own cost. It is also possible to send us back the product and asking for an adjustment.

Please note that all the pieces purchased in the way of “Made to Order” or “Customized products” are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
